Country Blues Repertoire: Big Bill Broonzy
Big Bill Broonzy was one of the greatest ragtime blues guitarists. In this workshop, Woody will illustrate the ways he developed his sound and technique. While learning some of Broonzy's greatest songs, he will deconstruct his complicated fingerpicking style into a workable and practical approach. Open to all levels, one helpful prerequisite would be that you are comfortable with basic alternating picking. Limited enrollment.
